Making a Reservation ....
Please Click Here to complete our Reservations Inquiry Form. Reservations are also accepted by e-mail or phone for Plantation Guest House, Bed Breakfast & Beach, and Tutu's Cottage. Confirmation will be mailed to you promptly upon receipt of the deposit.
Up to a four night stay: payment in full is required; Over 4 nights requires a 50% deposit and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit and final payment can be made by check or money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
International guests may send a check drawn on a U.S. bank or a signed traveler's check made out to Bed Breakfast and Beach, equivalent to the above deposit arrangement.
Terms and Cancellation Policy ....
Room prices are based on single or double occupancy. $15 for each additional person if room permits.
All room rates subject to a 11.41% state tax.
Deposit cheerfully refunded, less $20 cancellation fee if reservation canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival is subject to full forfeiture. Refund will be made if we are successful in re-renting the space.
